Thematic/contextual information
The series Final Incarnation was made with materials found in prop production. The pieces each depict heads of a hybrid between a human and an instinct animal: Dodo, Mammoth and Dinosaur. We all know what a dinosaur looks like, and even if they likely looked different in reality, the image of the dinosaur has survived through the collective idea of it. These animals continue to live through their representation in film, toys and stories, as hybrids between their remnants and human imagination.
