This work featured on STV and BBC news in September 2021. It was selected for the 2022 annual exhibition REVERB, in the Royal Scottish Academy and then selected for the 196th annual exhibition, awarded with the 2022 RSA Benno Schotz Prize for the most promising work.
An introspective artwork reflecting my lifelong fascination with trains inspired by my dad, the relationship between Edinburgh and Glasgow, and the power of words. The train carriage becomes my creative sanctuary, where I sketch, document conversations, and write poetry. This artwork explores the dichotomy between spoken and unspoken desires, inviting viewers to engage intimately with the foregrounded poetry. It is an authentic expression of my innermost thoughts and desires
