About the Artwork
This original 1950s car door, processed to look half rusted, half brand new, reflects philosophies of time and memory, where the past meets the present in unexpected ways.
It would be important to ensure people did not have access to swing on it etc., in case of accidents. So a shop window would be fine but a pedestrian area would not. As mentioned above under Dimensions, it could perhaps be wall mounted somehow, but then only one side would be seen.
